Reserve Your Workspace

Desk booking allows employees to reserve workspaces based on their daily tasks and preferences. It allows for the flexibility and agile workspace to be created where workers don’t have assigned permanent desks. CMS Engage offers multiple ways to check-in to your workspace whether it be through the mobile app, using an RFID/NFC reader or power-by-occupancy through its occupancy sensor.

When a user approaches the desk, a notification will pop up on their mobile device prompting them to check-in to their desk

When a user approaches the work area, the sensor automatically detects your presence and will check-in.
